When will I receive my order?

Ready to Ship orders ship next business day unless otherwise noted.

Orders are currently shipping 4-5 weeks after order placement.

Important information regarding turnaround times:

H.O.S. is a one woman operation. I single handedly cut, assemble and embellish each garment to order. I reserve the right to extend the production turnaround deadline without notice in the event of illness or family emergency.


Do you offer custom sizing?

Garments can be made to fit all body shapes and sizes!

There are no additional fees for custom sizing your order.

If you don’t see your size on the size chart for the garment you are interested in, use the contact form to submit your measurements to ensure a perfect fit.


Do you create custom designs?

Absolutely!

I love doing customs designs, please use the contact form to submit your ideas + inquiries.

Additionally all designs offered on my site can be made with custom embellishments, no embellishment at all, or in different colors, just ask!


What is your return policy?

All garments are handmade to order and there is a 24 hour grace period to change or cancel your order (please use the contact form to do so). Once the grace period passes, all sales are final.

It is encouraged to pay close attention to the size guides, and to contact with any questions you may have before placing your order!


Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Worldwide shipping is available. International shipping takes 10-20 days once order is completed. International shipments may be subject to import fees, check with your local post office for more information on accepting international shipments.


Do you offer repairs if something happens to my garment?

All garments come with a lifetime guarantee!

GUARANTEE COVERS:

■     Failure of materials

■     Production defects

This guarantee does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. This includes animal damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third party shipping companies, extreme wear in leather, and third-party alterations made to the item.

This guarantee applies to all HOS Leather items purchased by authorized retailers. Every item is subject to an evaluation upon return.

  • H.O.S. Leather is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • In the event packages are marked “return to sender” customer will be notified and responsible for additional shipping cost

  • Spiked garments can cause serious injury, please be mindful when wearing spiked gear. H.O.S. Leather is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by spiked gear

  • Many H.O.S. Leather garments utilize nickel-plated hardware. If you have a nickel allergy please use the contact form to inquire about hypoallergenic options

  • H.O.S. Leather Garments are not intended for suspension practices
